Friday 2nd September 2011. So, today was a pretty big day for Josh and I.
Mum and I drove up to Leamington this morning, with the car bursting at the seams, to collect the key to mine and Josh’s new flat and unload my stuff. As you can see, our flat is beautiful - it’s on the first floor of one of Leamington’s iconic white Regency buildings, with floor to ceiling windows and THERE IS A FIREPLACE OPPOSITE THE BED! Yes, a stunner of a fireplace, with a beautiful mantel piece. More photos of the flat to come over the next few weeks…
Anyway, on to bigger news: mum and I had just arrived at the flat when Josh called to tell me that he’s been offered a place on the Barclays Capital grad scheme, starting next September after we finish uni. I couldn’t be prouder!
