Project 365

3 notes &

364/365
Wednesday 28th September 2011. Three years ago today I arrived at Warwick as a fresher. It seems so strange looking back now, as an older (and certainly far more experienced!) fourth year - in many ways, it barely seems a week ago, but in others it feels like a whole different lifetime. A lot’s happened in those three years - a lot of it in the last year alone, but I’ll write about that tomorrow! In my first three years at Warwick, I’ve learnt things of far greater importance than the difference between iambic pentameter and dactylic hexameter.
Speaking of learning, today was another day spent with my head buried in books. I’m getting there, slowly! Harri and Gemma came over this evening and we went to Robbin’s Well for drinks. It still feels very strange going back to these old, familiar student places - none of them quite feel the same for me anymore.
